You guys know any good videos I can watch on how to fix my tight hamstrings for squats/deadlifts?
Everyone says when they see my squat form that my hamstrings are super tight/small
I want to fix that so I can squat properly fast, you guys know any good videos I can watch? I have no foam rollers, lacrosse ball, or bands, nothing.
Websites/threads would be nice too.
Anything that concerns squat/deadlift mobility will be great

If you have a scarf, rope, string, or even long sleeve tshirt you can do this one. Lie on your back, get your scarf, put the scarf on the middle of your foot with hands on Both ends of scarf and pull leg as high as possible with scarf. Make sure your leg is locked straight. You should hold the position (it should be really uncomfortable in hammie) for 1 minute and do other leg. (:
I do this before I play football, works like a charm.Football and Golf = my life.
Don't kill us, America.
