Exclamation Are assistance exercises necessary on sheiko?

Title, for example sheiko #29. There are recommended exercises like flyes and good mornings, however I'm short on time and can't afford being in the gym for longer than 2 hours.

Current lifts. 405 squat 270 bench 475 deadlift

No need to bump when your thread is on the front page. The flies in sheiko is to save your shoulders iirc. I would definetly do rows in some form and something for shoulder health. If you cant be in the gym 2 hours, you might want to reevaluate your program choice.

I'm about follow a DUP template. Sheiko is something I'll do later on. I will add pendlay rows and pull-ups to programs like these. Also face pulls for shoulder health.
    Lifetime PR's

Squat 445 w/ wraps (405 raw no wraps)
    Competition Bench 275
    Deadlift 435

If you are spending 2 hours on #29 You are doing something wrong. The load % isn't very high so you don't need 4-5 minutes of rest between sets.
