Hi guys im looking for the best all round mass gainer protein shake.
Currently using Usn Mass it's 400 ml to 3 50g scoops and it just don't mix very well lots of ltitle lumps left in shaker. Also it's 55 pound and im only getting 23ish shakes out of it. It's costing me a fortune. Any tips would be much appreciated.

honestly make your own..find a reputable protein powder..pre cook oats in water, 2%, 1%, whole milk, natural peanut butter, greek yogurt, fruit..
or any variation of that..ive used olive oil instead of peanut butter, artic zero ice cream instead of greek yogurt, etc.....
just example of one ive pre made.. yeah its easier just to take 2-4 scoops and have all your calories that way, but if you are trying to cut costs then thats most efficient way to do so..

Could use any protein mixed with oats, strained yogurt, oils, nut butters
Of course could also buy duck fat in bulk and potatos pan fry up some potato in the duck fat so much greatness!!
Would just eat more calorie rich foods

I agree with everyone else who says making your own is better. If you still want one for convenience, check out Mass-Tech. .

Firstly, can you define what you mean by "best all around?"
As others have said, the best mass gainer or high calorie shake you can make is your own. Give this a shot
- 2 scoops of whey protein
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 banana
- 1/2-1cup of fat free yogurt.
Very simple, high calorie, high carb, high protein, low fat shake. But of course you can input whatever you want to reach your daily calorie needs.
Remember, a mass gainer is just liquid food. It has no extra muscle building powder then regular food or a shake you would make yourself. I would highly suggest going to the nutrition section and reading all the "sticky" posts and getting a good educational base of proper nutrition for muscle and strength gain or fat loss.

Making your own Def tastes better but I prefer the convenience of a gainer shake myself.. Universal real gains, inner armour hard Mass gainer, and mass peak are my go tos
