Just want to went it! Been on a diet of roughly 1200 cals/day for 6 days and today I screwed it up, gobbled down like 3000 cals. Even though I had the occasional food-cravings, everything seemed alright until yesterday. But today turned out to be a disaster. F me!!! Anyone else have a tip on how to make it through in times of giving in to food?

Thanks man! Yeah, I panicked as it usually leads to a week of binging. As for calories, I know its a bit restrictive, but I need to get down to 140lbs in a few wks, so that's the reason for it.
I know, but its either seeing results in wks for or just forget it. I wouldn't have the willpower to diet for months. At least it works, but at times it drives me nuts. Thanks.
Damn! I'm not sure why that is, but maybe as others have said, your calculations might be off. Though sometimes I plateau too, but only for a day or two, not for wks. Though I'm no expert, but if not that, then cut ur calories further.
