Hello, i'm thinking about getting either a BCAA supplement or pure Leucine supplement, i heard Leucine is the most important Amino Acid for building muscle, what would you guys recommend?

BCAA's would only benefit you for fasted AM Training dosed pre-workout or as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart
BCAA Products like: Alpha Amino, Core ABC, Cor BCAA, Scivation Xtend would be good choices

http://www.slideshare.net/biolayne/o...nd-muscle-mass
If you are looking for something intra-workout a EAA Product like Purple Wraath, Amino IV, Prime EAA's
WHY EAA's more important than BCAA intra-workout:
but EAAs may impart some endurance-like effects that BCAAs simply cannot.
http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/94/3/809.long
This is the only study done in trained humans consuming EAAs during the workout. These are legit, military-trained personnel doing both resistance and endurance work.
The findings?
"In summary, consumption of a 10-g dose of EAA enriched with leucine during moderate endurance-type exercise stimulated increased MPS when compared with an isonitrogenous EAA supplement with an amino acid profile consistent with high-quality proteins. These data indicate that increasing leucine availability during steady state exercise promotes skeletal muscle protein anabolism and spares endogenous protein."
Cliffs:
These EAAs increased postworkout MPS by 33% when consumed during exercise
The drink with the highest leucine content spared muscle to the greatest degree

I would checkout our prodcut, Omega Sports "Strive". Each serving contains 5g of BCAA as well as 4g of Pepto Pro. Having the two combined creates a very potent intra workout drink or inbetween meal bolus of aminos.
Other great products would be:
Cor BCAA
Core ABC

To metabolize Leucine you need need half the amount of the other 2 amino's. That's why 30 years of data from scientist used a 2:1:1 ratio. Only when they became commercialized did supplement companies decide that other ratio's would be needed. To my knowledge, none of the companies using a variation from 2:1:1 has funded a study to show it being any more effective against the 30 years of data on 2:1:1
I used to own things.

The benefit from taking a large amount of Leucine is to stimulate the mTOR pathway and Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS). PES Amino IV contains enough Leucine and HICA (Leucine metabolite) to successfully stimulate mTOR and MPS. Amino IV would be an excellent option as it also contains an EAA blend, as well as other ergogens (Taurine, P5P, etc.).

Yes but i'm looking to take it between shakes/meals.
I diet and train like that aswell, cutting down on carbs to avoid putting on additional fat.
Anyone that agrees with this? I guess it would make sense since atleast protein powder contains half the amount of the others in general, i'm not sure if that applies to food aswell.

Xtend, Recover Pro, Alpha Amino, Purple Wrath, 360 cut and USP are all good ones IMO.

It's only a problem if your diet overall is deficient in the other two. There are studies on leucine alone.

BCAA wise, Xtend has and is still a premier choice. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sv/xtend.html
Take a look at TheSolution's post, though. If EAA's are more suitable for you, Amino IV is a top choice.
