Hi, since im planning to take BCAAs 3-4 times a day and since they generally taste bad and are dissolved hard ive thought of more convinient way to consume them. I was thinkig of dissolving them in 1 liter of hot water first thing in the morning and then judt drink it throughout the day.
My question is will to the AAs and haa anyone tryed it?

If I do use bcaa's I drink it pre workout fasted, or between long periods without eating.
Would use less water and drink it quickly - Would use something else to sip on.
As mentioned lots of great tasting bcaa's, not sure which you have tried.
Some of my fav tasting
AI RecoverPro Red Raspberry
Intrabolic Mojito
Amino IV
PES Purple Wraath - Cotton Candy

I mean you could do that but to make it them more enjoyable I would say just place them in some crystal light. Much more enjoyable.

There is 0 point in drinking an amino product throughout the day and constantly elevating protein levels and never allowing them to reach their refractory stage before being spiked
BCAA's would only benefit you for fasted AM Training dosed pre-workout or as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart

I am eating 5 hours apart due to tight schedule so i was thinking of taking 3-5 grams od bcaa 3 hours after last meal.
Anyways my question was will there be any problems keeping it dissolved in a water. I dont need recomendations for tasteful powders. Ive bought 500g of unflavoured bcaa and it tastes like burnt cat hair
