I'm aware of those feels. My parents have homies who owned houses in Manassas that they bought in the early 80's. They retired, sold their houses, moved to North Carolina 4 years ago and are living like fuarking Uncle Phil and Aunt Viv. It's 4 couples. I make over 50K. But looking on realtor.com, the cheapest unit they have for sale is a $620K, 3 Bed 2 bath, condo, with a $1000 HOA fee. Let's just say I have 5% of that for a down payment. That's $31K. That's still $2,850 mortgage + $1,000 HOA dues every month.Originally Posted by imbored205

Lived in leesburg from 2000-2004. My parents built a house and sold it for twice what they bought it for when they moved AFTER BARELY 3 YEARS. I never knew why they were so fukkin slaphappy as we were moving until they told me years later
