I like watching Rex purely for his intense contractions...slow controlled lifts, contracting on every rep, time under tension... I remember him saying on the FORVM, " I don't lift weights, I contract muscles"...

Great series with Roman guys. He seems to treat bodybuilding like a religion. I really like his intensity and approach. It is very unique.
