I have used animal pack vitamins for a few weeks and liked them very much. I no longer take them because of a noticeable increase in hair growth on my upper back, traps, shoulders, and biceps which is odd due to the fact that i am not genetically hairy. Assuming the biotin and folic acid had something to do with it.
I am currently in the process of cutting down some fat and thought about trying animal cuts. Hoping there are no ingredients or vitamins that may trigger this hair growth again! Haha! My diet and normal training has been working just fine but why not throw in a little something extra you know?
I know they are not magic pills! Interested in experiences with pak, nitro, test, pm, flex, cuts, ect.

Flex is great, top joint supp.
Pak is on its way, tryin for the firstime. Although i find AAs there almost useless. Forms of some vitamins could be better instead of AAs.
Animal cuts is rlly good fatburner/apetite suppressant.
Also theres Whey Pro on its way (double choc chip), im excited, will report.

Big thanks for the responses everyone. How many of these can be stacked with each other? I also thought about pm because of my love for melatonin. I use it a bit too much though. If cuts is just another appetite suppressant, I can do without it because I have self control. I used oxy elite pro a few times and just enjoyed the caffeine kick it delivered.
Anyone know if the pm or others have any folic acid or ingredients that may trigger hair growth? I have not gone over the ingredients of all of them yet. I know some may think its crazy that taking pak caused it but just like some people are allergic to cats and dogs and others are not, we are all different!
I felt better overall with pak and want a little alternative without the caveman side effect lol. On a side note, I loved the neon green urinations!

Animal Flex has been an absolute godsend for my bad knee. I have recommended it to a few people as well who saw the benefits after a few weeks.

The only ones I ever personally found helpful were Pump, Flex, and Pak. M-stak and Stak did nothing for me, personally.

M-Stak in particular is a supp thats really dependent on ur diet as one of its function is as a nutrient-partitioner... Pump/Flex/Pak of course arent necessarily diet dependent...
Theres a reason folks like you vote Animal Flex #1 year in, year out as the best 8 years in a row... It flat out works.
You can stack Animal supps, but it all comes down to ur goals. And the truth is, more aint better. I always prefer to keep things as simple and streamlined as possible when it comes to the supps....New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal

I've taken everything but Test.
Stak by far is my favorite, and I've been pretty vocal about that. PR's in a can. I run one every other month or so.
Pak, Flex, Nitro, PM and Rage are my staples that I've been taking year round. You can throw Juiced Aminos into that mix now as well.
My vitamin schedule usually goes:
Pak with some food and coffee upon waking
Flex with breakfast
Rage/Stak before training
Juiced Aminos while training
Nitro post training

only taken animal pak, n1t, and I believe the flex is one of the top notch products out there for joint support in general. It's more about what your goals are or what supps fit in your current stack day to day as well.
