Am I eating to much food?
I eat pretty well 6 days a weeks. On Saturday I have a cheat day.
Usually its about some thing like this:
1 dunkin donuts bluberry muffin
1 medium ice latte starbucks
2 lrg slices NY style pepperoni Pizza
1 medium coke (Movie theater)
1 sm pop corn (Movie theater)
1 cheeseburger, burger king
Some times. 1 pint cookies and cream ice
Usually I don't worry about macros. Usually I eat my cheat meals inbetween 7:00am and 4:00pm.
Does it matter what time I eat my cheat meals?
Thanks guys!

I agree.
Instead, track your cheat day, keep your calories within whatever your goal is, but f*** the macros. So if you're on 2000 cals, have an entire pizza all day long if you want on your cheat day.
(BTW, tomorrow's one of MY cheat meals, where I stick to calories and work AROUND my lunch to keep macros in check, so it's a triple patty five guys cheeseburger for lunch with a skimpy breakfast and slightly less skimpy dinner.....MMmmm boy!)1) Eat right
2) Train hard
3) Repeat

Like others have said, it all depends on your goals. If you're looking to put on some weight, then that cheat DAY should do it. BUT, if you're hoping to lose weight, yopu may want to cut that cheat "day" to a cheat "meal".

I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

Quick math and you're still under 3000 calories for the day. It means you are probably giving up 1 to 2 of your "clean" days for it. Which in my opinion is fine, it will just take longer to get to where you want to get. If this makes it a sustainable method for you to stick to it for an extended period of time though then go for it.
It might take you an extra month or 2 to lose the 15 to 20 lbs, you are the only one who can make the call if it is worth it.

This.
See Why You Can't Lose Weight (The Simplest Reasons)
One untracked day of low-nutrient, high-cal "cheat" eating undoes all your work the other days. You can have some cheat foods once in a while but you still need to bring it in under/at your cals for the day.

Haha... I was thinking the same thing about the cheat day to cheat meal.
You'll want as many suggested, to list out your goals. Depending how close your body is to what you desire... You may get away to having a few of those meals, but I know for myself...that would kill my stomach after eating clean for 6 days previous.~*~* THIS SPACE FOR SUPPLEMENT COMPANY RENT ~*~*
