I want to thank Team GAT for giving me a go with this Nitraflex log. I also want to thank Scottyb05 for the recommendation and gregmh.
The flavor i'll be logging will be bluerasberry if yall are into flavors. For anyone that is unaware about Nitraflex its basically one of the top of the notch preworkouts in my opinion. I have tried other PO's and this one doesn't compare to them. It provides great amount of energy, includes beta alanine, and 325 mg of caffeine (per scoop). It makes you very focused on what you're doing by the use of Aminopropanoic acid, Dimethyamino, and ethlycarbomoyl. Not to mention it has a testosterone enhancer with Calcium fructopyranose borate.
I will be logging this supplement for about a month and a half. The scoops for this product will be nothing like your other preworks, the scoop is fairly big so i usually do 3/4 of a scoop.
I am a powerlifter who is trying to build mass and strength combined with a bodybuilding routine, i will be logging my progression with the amount of weight ill be doing. So in this log I will gain up to 6-7 pounds on a bulk (4000 cals/day) with the use of Nitraflex.

Thanks for supporting GAT! Nice to see a young guy stick with compound movements. Imo too many guys over think things,. The basics are where it is at. Care to share your workouts? Thanks, took 1 whole scoop had a hat with my hood up was focused out of mind, granted me some strength for chest today.
I will be posting my workouts everyday on here, I am training to be a competitive powerlifter when im in the 190s-200 so it will take some time. I appreciate the help

Killed some shoulders today
Took a juicy scoop when i arrived to my gym.
Started with running around the turf field whippin some lacrosse balls at the net for a warm up, (wanted the Nitraflex to kick in)
Then came into the gym...
Started with some dumbbell shoulder presses-

Leg day
Man i tore myself up on Leg day today, hopefully im not too sore for deads tomorrow.
Took another scoop ofc, this time just leg streches to start off
Squats
135 lbs 1x8

375 lbs 1x2 (half squat second rep no homo) supersetted into 315 lbs for 5, 225 lbs for 5, then 135 lbs for 7 or so, was very drained this is a lesson i need to eat more during this, only had 700 cals, 130g of carbs

Leg extensions

Then i went home will finish rest of my leg day tomorrow on top of back day this should be good...

Love drop sets. Another good one is doing leg presses like this: All with one minute rest between sets. One plate a side for ten, 2 plates for 20, 3 plates for 30, 4 for 40 and so on.
