How many hours a week do you spend on the gym? What about meal prepping?
Asking because pictures make it look easy.

Haha If I remember correctly, I wasn't in there long. Maybe only 2-2.5 hours 4-5 days a week. This past year or so, it was around there but without cardio at all. I don't really meal prep though. this is beyond incredible! What program did you use at the very beginning? Right now I'm like a clone of the before pic, add six inches and 20 lbs lol
I deal with severe clinical depression (in addition to many other things) so this one is particularly inspirational to me

I used to do my own programming. It was kind of a bro-split but still directly and indirectly hit each body part twice a week.
