    that seems cool and all but i don't see the point in spending so much time and money into researching that.

    Brb let's make a super detailed map totally outside of our reachable scale it will only cost a couple mill. It's like ants making a super detailed map of the solar system.
    Brb meanwhile in bumphuck Africa a 3 year old born with AIDS dies of malnutrition while his mother gets raped by Boko and his pals
    Brb priorities of peace, instead of trying to deal with chit outside our planet we should get our chit together on fixing stuff in this one, at this point if we ever manage to get to another planet we're just going to phuck that one up too

    Anyways i thought this was also interesting to post >

    The universe is 13.7 BILLION years old, let that sink in.

    Also timelife of the existence of life on earth

    for the last 3.6 billion years, simple cells (prokaryotes);
    for the last 3.4 billion years, cyanobacteria performing photosynthesis;
    for the last 2 billion years, complex cells (eukaryotes);
    for the last 1.2 billion years, eukaryotes which sexually reproduce
    for the last 1 billion years, multicellular life;
    for the last 600 million years, simple animals;
    for the last 550 million years, bilaterians, water life forms with a front and a back;
    for the last 500 million years, fish and proto-amphibians;
    for the last 475 million years, land plants;
    for the last 400 million years, insects and seeds;
    for the last 360 million years, amphibians;
    for the last 300 million years, reptiles;
    for the last 200 million years, mammals;
    for the last 150 million years, birds;
    for the last 130 million years, flowers;
    for the last 60 million years, the primates,
    for the last 20 million years, the family Hominidae (great apes);
    for the last 2.5 million years, the genus Homo (including humans and their predecessors);
    for the last 200,000 years, anatomically modern humans.

    Notice how the evolution started out real slow and became faster and faster. Will humans evolve further? Is there an end to hit?

    interstellar travel and wormholes, black holes, rocket travel will all be outdated means to travel once we can finally decode the universe as 1's and 0's, then be able to manipulate those 1's and 0's to the point where we can just plot out location to somewhere else without having to actually "travel" in conventional ways.

    i like to think one day we'll be able to plot and plan out location much like you would in a 3d pixel grid box, or sandbox.

    if we are in a sim, this could be true and we wont need to travel by rocket or light travel

    Assuming light travels very slowly in space, and when we look at the stars at night, we are sometimes looking back billions of years (because light takes a very long time to reach us).

    Im pretty sure they would have already figured that possibility out if they could zoom in on us lol.

    Here's the deal, light can only travel so fast

    When another planet looks at us they are seeing millions of years in the past

    Brb why would aliens want to come to a dinosaur planet only???

    And if they can actually see us to make this possible then they have godly advanced tech

    If u could travel faster than the speed of light. And had extremely advanced telescopes.

    You could view the past Just travel x amount of light years away from earth (while traveling faster than light at whatever x rate) and look thru telescope.

    i like to think one day we'll be able to plot and plan out location much like you would in a 3d pixel grid box, or sandbox.

    if we are in a sim, this could be true and we wont need to travel by rocket or light travel
    What do the 1s and 0s correspond to? And no, we're not in a simulation. Only on the misc can I find bro cosmology.

    What if it's like Big O and there is a demuirge and existence is a simulation and the demiurge "resets" at the end for it to continue again.

    What if we're like ones like in Prometheus that are supposed to create new life on other planets?
