    Mixed thoughts on DB Flys.. Good or Bad exercise?

    After running a search in google, i came across a few articles, some say the exercise is ok, some say its no good etc. is it just a case of technique? or will it mess up your rotator cuffs?

    would someone mind posting a video of DB flys being done properly. it would be much appreciated.

    You can go heavy on presses but don't go heavy on flyes because that's when you'll injure something.
