Boom!
The Basics: I'm a 30 year old powerlifter that trains with a mix of 5/3/1 and my own bench program. I mostly stick to the big three with few accessories but, I do try to hit all the smaller muscle groups at least once a week. I'm recently coming back from a back injury that made me stop lifting for six months. I picked things back up in July and I am almost back to where I was at my peak (which you will see in my sig). I plan on competing in a raw meet in March and am hoping to hit at least a 1650 total.
The Plan: Drink a whole lot of RCSS pre-workout supps and get jacked. Also, since I'm logging a pre-workout supplement, I'll mostly be focused on keeping track of my alertness and energy levels, particularly right before and right after supplementation. I'll be judging alertness and energy together on a scale of 1-10 like so:
1 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 5 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 10
Falling Asleep Standing Up - - - - - - - - - - - - - Awake, Alert, and Well Rested - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Did I Just Snort *******?
I'll also comment on any other effects I may feel, such as a mind blowing pump or blood shooting out of my ears and stuff like that.
Anyway, it's time to get started. I'll be deadlifting here in about an hour and should have my first training post logged here shortly after I'm done lifting. Wish me well

Drank up my goodies. Here are my initial thoughts -
Stacked N.O.: Very fine powder, two scoops mixed perfectly in a bottle of water. Shook it like crazy then let it sit for a minute. No residue at all. Got a little foamy on top but, that settled after a minute of sitting. Flavor was mellow, which I liked, and true to description (Strawberry Watermelon).
Mixability: 10/10
Flavor: 9/10
Myo-Blitz: Powder was grainy when compared to the Stacked N.O. and it did not blend nearly as well. Put it in a 16oz water bottle and shook like crazy and got a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottle after sitting for a minute. I shook it back up and chugged it down and still had some sediment sticking to the side of the bottle. Flavor is Crystal Blue Razz which I can't really describe. It certainly did not taste bad though and is not something I would mind drinking daily.
Mixability: 5/10
Flavor: 8/10
Summary: I was amazed by how well Stacked-N.O. blended and was then sorely disappointed by how Myo-Blitz didn't, especially since I saw what RCSS accomplished with their Stacked-N.O. (granted, I know nothing about the science behind getting certain ingredients to blend into water).
However, keep in mind that these things have nothing to do with how effective these products are and I will say this - I'm having a tough time sitting still and not punching a hole through something as I'm typing up my initial impressions on these products as I can feel them working their magic already.

333 Deadlifts
Limber 11
Deadlifts
Bar x 12
135 x 5 x 2s
225 x 5
315 x 3
Working Sets
405 x 3
455 x 3*
*Twinge in left hammy 3rd rep*
510 x 3**
**Yup, left hammy fukked**
Notes: Sht, was thinking about deads all day today and had planned on jumping up to 585 and going for a double after my top 333 set. Felt a twinge in my left hammy on my third rep of 455, ignored it, felt it again on 510, ignored it and stretched it out, then went to put on a sixth plate and it just tightened right up and screamed at me as I was putting on the plate so that was that. Gonna drink lots of water, massage it out, and put some liniments on it now. I blame the hole in my left hammy for this.
Supplement Notes: Wow, I was freaking jakked up by the time I got into the gym. 2 level scoops of Stacked-N.O. started working a few minutes after I took it at 4pm as it definitely made it feel like my blood was flowing freely. 1 level scoopMyo-Blitz started working nearly right away when I took it at 4:30 and gave me a giant surge of energy. I got down into the basement gym and starting lifting at 5:15 and actually felt uncomfortably energetic (powerthirst anyone?). I actually lied down between a couple of the sets to try to relax a little. Will probably do just half a scoop of Myo-Blitz next time.

Thanks! I can still feel it's all tense but, I think a couple of weeks of active rest and it should be back to normal. Really sucks that this happened on my very first training post, especially when you take into consideration that I have never hurt a hamstring during training ever before.
Thanks for dropping by!
Can't give you an answer on that yet since deadlifts don't lend much to pumps. Hopefully I will have an answer today after bench day since I'll be doingaccessory lifts that lend themselves better to pumps.Celer, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605

Notes: Good training day today. Got me a 5lb triple PR and some good work in with the slingshot. Did screw up a little on my second set in the slingshot though. After the first three reps flew up there, I was going to go for five but, I misgrooved the fourth rep pretty bad so I had to rack it and settle for four. Got to train at a real gym today which was pretty cool. Gonna give them some money and try to make this a Sunday ritual. Also, I now want to buy a Texas Power Bar. Maybe for Christmas...
Supplement Notes: Today I only did a half serving of the Myo-Blitz. Was a much more smooth feeling of energy than before and not as extreme. When I got around to curls, I definitely felt more of a pump than I usually do and it came on much more quickly than usual. Stacked-N.O. made me feel the difference there. Also, felt smooth energy coming from taking the Stacked-N.O. an hour before hand before consuming Myo-Blitz which seemed to enhance it.
Stacked-N.O. taken an hour pre-training, Myo-Blitz 1/2 hour pre-training.

Getting ready to slam down some Stacked-N.O. and Myo-Blitz XS all mixed together for this afternoon's training after a little 2 hour nap. I just switched to second shift yesterday and I think I may have this sleep thing figured out for now. It wouldn't be so bad but, my company has us machinists on mandatory overtime which consists of us working five 10's and 8 every other Saturday... which equates to second shift being 3:15pm - 1:30am all week.
Good money though and an extra buck an hour for the bad shift.Celer, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605

5/3/1 squats, worked up to 505x4 and didn't have time for accessory work. Gotta shower up, grab a lunch, and head to work now. Vid and full training post to come very early AM.

5/3/1 Squats

135 x 10 x 2s
225 x 5
315 x 5
Working Sets
405 x 5
455 x 5
505 x 4
Notes: Decent day. I really wanted 5 reps since I hit 4 reps at this weight two months ago but, it wasn't going to happen. My left hammy felt good despite me tweaking it on Friday and squats did not affect it but, I think it may have affected squats. My mind wasn't quite right for heavy squats today either. I really need to start adding more volume to my squats as well but, I screwed myself with my poor time management. That should get better as I get used to second shift though.
Supplement Notes: Mixed 2 scoops of Stacked-N.O. with a 2/3 scoop of Myo-Blitz XS. Taste was not bad and it went down easy. Energy was smooth and steady throughout training. Think I'm good for a full scoop again as my body seems to be adjusting to stims... especially since I've been drinking caffeinated drinks while on second shift.
Stacked-N.O. and Myo-Blitz 45 min pre-training.

Notes: Nice accessory day. DB presses felt good. Could feel that my left pec is still not quite 100% during Swiss bench (tweaked about a month ago). Shoulders feel slightly achy as I'm sitting here working on this post. I think I'll add a couple of extra sets of seated db presses at a light weight after the top set from here on out, should help alleviate that.
Supplement Notes: 2 scoops of Stacked-N.O. about 45 min prior, 1 scoop of Myo-Blitz XS about 20 minutes prior. Almost felt the same way I did the first time I took a full scoop of the Blitz and had a slight feeling of nervousness. Wasn't too bad though but, I think I'll stick to about 3/4 scoops for the next few sessions.

ME Lower
Bunch of warming up
Reverse Band Squats
*~90lbs tension at bottom, no tension halfway up*
worked up to 615 max single
Deadlifts off 5" Block
495x3 top set
*Hammy not 100% yet, stopped there*
GHR
Bodyweight x 8 x 3s
Leg Press Burnout
56 reps, buddy stripped plates throughout set
Notes: First and foremost, I'm super pissed that I did not get video of that max squat. Biggest grind ever and ever. Made any other grind I've ever had look like speed work. Anyway, I lifted at the powerlifting gym today and decided it would be best to train with the other powerlifters. Had a lot of fun... up until that leg press bullchit. That fukkin hurt, lol. Left hammy still feeling funny on deadlifts, but felt 100% on squats. GHR's did not agitate it or anything, so that is a good sign.
Supplement Notes: 3/4 scoop,Myo-Blitz 2 scoops Stacked-N.O. mixed together on an empty stomach this morning about an hour before I got to any weights. Smooth, steady energy throughout nearly 2 hours of training. Had creatine HCl about 45 minutes before taking the RCSS stack.

DOMS aren't actually too bad today. Definitely feel it more in the hamstrings than in the quads. Gonna try to get lots of calories, protein, and aminos in today with the hopes that 2nd day DOMS get worse.
Actually, I may get some light upper body in today too. We'll seeCeler, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605
