    Smile Best way to get back my old body?

    So long story short I got with my dream girl and lost all motivation to lift after that, it's been 3 months now and I basically lost most of my progress after lifting for about a year and a half to two years. I was just wondering what the best workout plan is to get back to where I was as fast as possible? I'm an 18yo male 5'10 155Lbs. I'm just trying to build muscle and look lean. I know I haven't provided that much information, but feel free to ask me anything needed because I'm a bit new here. Thanks in advance

    What did you do before? There is your answer.

    Also gaining muscle and getting leaner is almost every single memebers goal on here. Do you want to be 190? 210? 230? 250? A solid number is a start.
