So long story short I got with my dream girl and lost all motivation to lift after that, it's been 3 months now and I basically lost most of my progress after lifting for about a year and a half to two years. I was just wondering what the best workout plan is to get back to where I was as fast as possible? I'm an 18yo male 5'10 155Lbs. I'm just trying to build muscle and look lean. I know I haven't provided that much information, but feel free to ask me anything needed because I'm a bit new here. Thanks in advance
