hey ppl, its been a while since i been on here and lookin at the calender i got only about 1 month till its summer and i think im laggin behind a bit, anyone got any advice on how i can catch up, or just make some quick fast gains.
should i change my program now? cos im goin 4 times a week, and i was only goin 2 times cos of football training, but the season is over now so i really want to get back into it.
im a bit tight for cash now to, i got a kilo of creatine sittin there but thats it. anyone help me...plz

hah kk thanks for the responces, i was more asking as in would you reccomend i start a cutting phase or a quick bulking phase or example..
also people sayin its only october, where i live by october you can pritty much say its summer time cos its hot as SH%$ and pritty much is summer from there on in.
