got about 1 month till summer need to get big quick!
hey ppl, its been a while since i been on here and lookin at the calender i got only about 1 month till its summer and i think im laggin behind a bit, anyone got any advice on how i can catch up, or just make some quick fast gains.
should i change my program now? cos im goin 4 times a week, and i was only goin 2 times cos of football training, but the season is over now so i really want to get back into it.
im a bit tight for cash now to, i got a kilo of creatine sittin there but thats it. anyone help me...plz

eat big (protein, carb, possibly low fat and whey protein wise) and lift heavy(with good form of course) or try the ROB approach and dont expect to much muscle too quickly.

please dont think about taking steroids ComfortEagle as a quick fix(not like anyone here would hopefully)because the steroid instry in America is rich enough as it is and nasal sprays can have steroids in them in low doses as well.

I dont know but sometimes people take on/think about crazy notions to solve problems but hard work and good sleep and a good diet is the best choice.

Also 1 month...? That's october, and no matter where you are around the world it ain't summer. It's either half way through spring or autumn

also people sayin its only october, where i live by october you can pritty much say its summer time cos its hot as SH%$ and pritty much is summer from there on in.
