FFS i look like a ****ing female i train my chest like once every month and it still grows really really fast while my arms barley grown at all since i started lifting
anyone got good routine ?

I assume saying you train chest once a month is an exaggeration to make a point. What does your current routine look like?
Keep in mind if you're not feeding yourself enough you're not going to grow. Lots if rowing and pulling motions will do wonders for your bis in addition to a little direct work. I do emphasize "little" direct work. You'll benefit the most by going with a routine that allows you to hit everything on a more frequent basis.
