I space all of this out throughout the day when it's convenient:
1.5 pounds of chicken or turkey breast, dry rubbed
1 serving of plain Greek yogurt with 2 scoops of trutein and water (delicious)
1 protein pancake consisting of 2 scoops of trutein and egg whites
About 100 calories of broccoli with about 100 calories of hummus
5g omega 3s
3 life force mens multivitamins
Gallon of water
This results in about 1800 calories. 300ish grams of protein, 40ish fat, 40ish carbs.
Unlike most people I actually hate eating most carbs (wheat etc) and would like to keep my diet to protein and fat only, with carbs being incidental and low GI.
I am trying to cut. I am 5'8 175 at 10% bodyfat. I do 3x5 chin-ups, military press, squats, deadlifts 3x a week and an hour of walking every day.
I sneak in natural peanut butter sometimes.
I am also on some hormonal assistance, thus the huge protein. Does it look ok?
