Couple days ago I tried a preworkout sample, vortex, and I felt fine. I took half the sample...
Today I took the other half, maybe it was a bit more than half because my heart was racing to the point I thought it was going to explode, I felt chills, and nauseous. At the same time I felt like I had all this energy and blew through each rep feeling my muscles working but not tired to quit. I had to rest much longer between sets when doing big lifts like squatting. And when I say long rests I meant long like 3-5 minutes.
I did the rest of my workout but skipped deadlift because I was afraid I would pass out or throw up....
Does anyone else have bad reactions to pre workouts?? Maybe if I buy it I should try way less than half. Better yet, does anyone know any natural food snacks that give you boost of energy?? I usually don't use preworkouts.

Definitely yohimbe. I've sensitive to the stuff when I first start taking and whenever I start up on yohimbe again, I always end up gettig what OP described. Heart racing, sweats, chills, nauseous, and unable to sleep. Either your body will get used to it after a couple times of use of stay away from it in general.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I would say it is an issue of the Y and possibly to much caffeine.
OP do you typically take caffeinated products? If you're interested in prework outs, but want to avoid the jittery and nauseous feelings something to strong may give you I would recommend something that is stim free. If you're looking for something to help boost your endurance Body Octane is a great product, but if you're looking for pumps and focus take a glance at MAN's Noopump that dropped last week. GreenMAG is another solid product, but more of a designer pre than a prework out. I've also heard good things about White Pump. It depends on what you're looking for as to what ingredients will suit you best.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Do you know your stimulant sensativity?
Do you respond well to anything over 200mg caffeine or do you respond better to a lower stim?
What else are you looking for in a stim?
Since you know Y is your main factor to making you react bad i would suggest starting with a lower stim such as neon Volt, Cellucor c4, or Scivation Psycho and see how you react to a lower stim before venturing into higher stims.
Some higher stims if you think you have a high caffeine tolerance would be katana, WFR, Presurge, Fury, and Conqu3r by olympus.
