why I don't feel dehydrated after swimming ?

Unlike running ? Or doing hiit walk/run , (usually drink 1 litre after them) .
Does that mean Im drinking a lot from swimming pool water or is it normal ?

You sweat in order to lose heat/maintain body temperature in the normal range, whether to counteract external heat or internal heat (like from exercise). Water is way, way more thermally conductive than air, has much higher specific heat, it's significantly easier to shed body heat in water. People can get hypothermia from being in 60-70F water, but certainly not in air that temperature. You probably sweat in water, just not as much as when you are exercising outside of water.
Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu
