    130.5 today. idk, i was going to stick to one weigh-in day for all three challenges but i felt like weighing in with that today. (i entered 132.5 the other day for the New Year's thread.)

    i did a bunch of cardio plus full body two days ago. last night i did circuits with light weight and my bodyweight. didn't realize my gym had those cybex machines. i got a great workout on one in FL. very happy about that... my treadmill which was like an old friend that got me through a rough time, i gave it away yesterday.

    i'm glad you two are doing well!

    i wedged this car nice and tight up against this stone wall the night before last. roadside assistance had to come and pull the car away from the wall for me the following day. i would have made the situation worse if i had tried to move the car by myself. (luckily, the car only ended up with an inch-long scratch - where the circle is.) a few nights before that someone's van died in the driveway, blocking me in. the struggle to get to the gym is real, lol.

    i'll do some body weight exercises while watching tv.

    Hit the gym this afternoon before work, 2 miles and 15ton chest/shoulder/tri's workout. Diet is point on today, ending at 1750. A little light, didn't run the numbers before I got to work and no way to get a few more cals. till 6am, so.... Scales have already drop for this week, easy 2 lb. drop.

    Planning 3 miles Tue. before work and Back/arms Wed afternoon...

    Thread is pretty much dead at this point but im not... so yeah.. Weekly progress here... Saturday I had weighed in at 214..then had Bday dinner and pigged out... Sunday I was 221lbs... Bloated from sugars and sodium and eating way too much...Worked my ass off in the kitchen this week and 90% in the gym, Today I am down to 212 lbs. hoping to be lighter tomorrow!

    Shes definitely noticing changes and keeps grabbing at my arms hahaha. She also gets a little jealous when her girlfriends compliment me hahaha. Shes slowly getting into it. She cheats a lot but I try to make her healthy sweets.

    Back from my ban...
    Still hovering around 208. Underarm/sideboob definately leaner though so i guess i still have a bit of that recomp action going on. I will either keep things going like they are for the last two weeks or do a very agressive cut down back to 200, haven't decided yet. So far though i'm eatimating my lean mass around 174-175, which would be a solid 12-15 pounds up from the start of the challenge so on that front things were a success. Coupled with an 8ish pound of bodyfat loss, i'm pretty happy with the numbers when i put them this way.
    I'm probably going to.try to get my lbm as close to 180 as i can in febuary, and after that Im going for single digit bf by june 4th. We'll see how it goes.

    i don't know which box my scale is in but my cheval mirror is unpacked and i found my camera and tape measure. working out feels like a selfish act right now since i have company here and i have so much unpacking to do. i'll figure it out... i'll be unsettled/traveling btwn two locations for a bit after this week.

    Ive been cutting with you all and ive finally reached a point where im going to be able to do this long term and get where I want to go. Its a lifestyle change for me now not just a diet. Im progressively getting leaner again.
    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

    2lbs loss this week.

    I organised a team building activity yesterday. Snowshoeing in a National park here near Ottawa, ON.
    It was -23 Celsius and sunny.
    We did 10K and most of it was uphill on the way to the rest area.
    I am pooped today haha. I gave it my all in the first 3km. should've paced myself hahaha
    I cant imagine having done this with the extra 50 lbs I was carrying!

    Cap! Had the best cheat meal in the world. Went to my all time favorite restaurant in quebec city called flavors of india. Ordered sooo much food haha had butter chicken, shrimp korma, some veggies, lamb, vegetable samosas and onion baji And chicken tandoori with a bunch of fresh naan... seriously it was the best meal i ever had hahaha i most likely gained 5 pounds if not more haha sooo worth it!

    damn john, we started off 53 pounds apart and may end up at the same weight hahaha. You are one fat mleting machine man!

    just weighted in at 207... i'm guessing 205 is gonna be where i end up next weekend. Hopefully i'm a tad bloated so i'll lean out a bit more in the following week. I guess i'll drop by your st-valentine's thread to post some pics after a good 4-5 days of clean diet i may also try to hit the tanning salon a few times, i've gotten quite sickly pale since november hahaha

    My forearms have clear vascularity now though, even resting, so that's a good sign that this wasn't such a bust even though i picked up over 10 pounds over the last few months

    208 this am. I had it in mind that id be 200 by Feb 1rst but aint gonna happen. lol Ill be happy if its 205 too!

    Might be dropping a little less on the scale these past weeks but when I noticed my Back gains, I was happy and didn't care so much anymore! hahaha

    a friend out here has a very similar story. she has a set of pics - one of her several pounds heavier standing in a valley, and another of her at her current weight standing on the mountain or hilltop that overlooked that valley. (if i'm remembering that correctly.)

    So did my second body comp analysis today with the InBody 520 machine our fitness advisor has here at work.

    Started Oct 25th @260 lbs and over 35% BF.

    Did my first body comp test on November 13th and stats were:

    Weight: 242.7
    LBM: 167.9
    BFM: 74.8
    BMI: 32.9
    BF%: 30.8

    10 weeks later January 29th here are the stats:

    Weight: 208.1
    LBM: 168.0
    BFM: 40.1
    BMI: 28.2
    BF%: 19.2

    Im really stoked on these numbers, yes. YEs, I know the BF% is not so accurate as calipers, But im mostly proud of keeping my Lean Body Mass at the same weight and knowing that most of what I lost was fat. when I think about numbers, they don't really speak as much as pictures do anyways so.. yeah...

    New Chapter starts for me in this journey, hoping to be below 14% BF in May. Wish me luck! haha
