Interesting how the massage therapist believes Jays bicep tear was caused by someone using a massage tool.

If you just went through an hour long deep tissue session, which you'll know feels like you just had a workout, you should probably drink some water like you would throughout an actual workout. You've just gone through an hour of physical activity with no water.
I found it interesting at 6:30 when he says he hasn't been going. Deep tissue/ART/whatever is so insanely beneficial and essential, maybe that's why he hasn't been improving much as of late. Just a speculation.

It isn't BS, myofascial massage is important. Like with a tennis elbow, often the fascia around the extensor are too tight, or with LBP the fascia on top of the spinous processes en too tight and needs to be taken care off (extremely painful). When i see this woman work it look's like she is rubbing the skin a lot of the time instead of really working on the fascia.
