I strongly believe creapure creatine mono is master race. Cheap and effective.
But with a decent sale that was on bb.com store I dove into the world of concete. Did I waste my money? Some people swear by the stuff but I want some opinions.

Tastes good, but for how cheap and proven Mono is I stick with it mostly.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Update for you guys if any of you even care, I noticed that water retention doesn't happen as advertised, I like it when a products label tells the truth, which most often isn't the case in the supplement industry. I have noticed no stomach issues or anything else either, although I never had issues with cramping in mono. Another reason I chose to try con cret besides the fact that is was on sale is that I am on a drug called accutane right now so retaining water wouldn't be good. Taste is great really aced it the lemon lime keeps me coming back every day with a smile on my face, and I have good some fair results from it.
The end result is the money. I live at home still and don't have to pay much rent and make good money so for me money is not tight so paying the extra bit for con cret isn't a problem at all. However the cost of supplements is already so high the last thing I want to drop a bunch of money on is creatine. I am satisfied with the product and if it's on sale on this website then I think I would buy it again, that's my two cents. However in my local supplement shops it can go as high as 40 dollars for 48 servings. Well 48 servings if you to the odd few that weigh 100 pounds, most people I assume take two.
ANYWAYS sorry for the rant just wanted to do a semi review since I ended up getting it, solid product and worth a try if mono isn't your thing! CheersYou can't climb the ladder to success with your hands in your pockets.

Slightly off-topic question on Concret, so ill leave it here:
On days I take a pre-wokout I just add a teaspoon of mono to the already flavored pre. Easy peasy.
But on days I'm not taking a pre-workout I usually dont end up taking anything. Sometimes I even forget to take mono. So i was thinking I use Concrete here. It's a much smaller dose that I can just add to about 4oz of water and down in one shot first thing in the morning or whatever just to get it out of the way.
Would this be an issue - taking mono about 4 days a week and Concret the other 3? Or should I pick one and stick with it until it's used up, then switch?Last edited by evanisaac; 11-21-2014 at 07:03 AM.
