John I'm starting my cut. What deficit should i eat at? also I'm eating 4-6 6 oz chickens a day and 2 protein shakes and a bar I'm near 300 too. but my question is why carbs so low? I know you rapidly lost weight but don't you think more than a pound a week is too much. i want to preserve as much mass as possible. I gained 58 pounds in 7 months.

Fukkkk my stomach is so sensitive to anything non healthy its ridiculous. If I ate a pizza rn id be on the toilet all night with a stomach ache. But everyday at like 1, I get pretty bad bloatedness and gas, getting old quick
