I'm graduating college in December and want to start my cut then. I'm planning on doing IF and I have a good lead on a job so I'm crossing my fingers that I will be employed shortly after. Here's my question:
I'd really like to workout in the morning (probably 7:30-9am) - I like getting it out of the way, having the rest of the day to myself, and showering and being nice and fresh for work. Assuming I get that job, I won't be able to workout mid-day, right before lunch, so it's before work or after. I'm slightly concerned about fasted training, and more concerned about not being able to eat until lunchtime, rather than having a big post workout meal. Has anyone done this, and will it be an issue, or should I be OK? And if anyone has done it, do they find themselves becoming extra hungry because of having worked out?
Thanks.
Edit- I know I could workout during lunch, but regardless of where I end up working, I'd like to eat lunch with my co-workers so I can socialize and make friends in a new city.

I usually train 3:30am-6:00am. Have my PWO meal (first meal of day) around 8:30am.
You will be fine. If you are really concerned have something quick (maybe some Greek Yogurt and a piece of fruit- easy/portable) then have a meal around lunchtime.

Lol...I sleep more than 3 hrs. Usually like this:
9:00/9:30pm-2:30am...Mon-Fri
Weekends get 8hrs...time period varies depending on what I got going on. When I sleep 8hrs feels like I slept an entire day. I actually feel a bit sluggish. I do it though for a reset so to speak.
It started in grad school. Something needed to get cut...so sleep has to lose out. Worked fine for me.
It adds roughly two months to my year....Makes time for more goal achieving
Look up "biphasic sleep" and you can read up. I do something similar except I don't have two distinct short sleep cycles.BRAINS & GAINS
