When doing a Romanian deadlift, if I have the range of motion, should I be going all the way down until the plates hit the floor? I am able to do this without losing my lower back curve, but not sure if this is going to put too much pressure on my lower back over time? It seems that most people (read: videos on the internet) only go to mid shin, then back up. I just didn't know if I should push my entire range or if I should stick to mid shin for safety. I think the only reason I can go that low is because I have a ridiculously long torso with ridiculously short legs. Let me know what you seasoned folks think.

A proper RDL doesn't have you going to the floor.
