Don't drink too much fluid for a few hours before the weighing session. A sauna may help, if you have one accessible. Doing too much aerobic activity without water will leave you a prime candidate for dehydration.

ever wonder howcome bodybuilders look so damn ripped during competition but not as much during training? During the last few days before the competition they change diets. Im not exactly sure what they do and they begin to take supplements as well. What happens is the water in your muscles will get pretty much sucked out just showing raw muscle. sorry that i dont have this information on hand but try to checkout what bodybuilders do prior to competitions.

I don't reccomend doing this, but back in my wrestling days I would do the old trashbag trick. Get a bag, poke three holes for your head and arms, put it on your bare torso, layer up, and do some cardio. The sweat will pour out. I've lost a couple pounds of water weight very quickly by doing this before weigh-ins. You have to be very careful about it though.

this is what a guy at my gym said he does before weigh ins when he competes. he takes like 8 1000mg vitamin C tablets 2-3 days prior. he says that he ends up taking a piss like every 20 seconds.

Be really careful - my best friend had to cut weight for wrestling... He thought it was a "good day" when he weighed in 2 lbs heavy...because he threw up...crapped his pants, and fainted... when he stood back up, he made weight... That's a dangerous mindset..

First get a thing abolene (spelling???) its the **** that helps mositurize skin for women...i think... u can find it at a shaws or something. Put all over your entire body ( the **** will take the fluids right out of ya) on top of that put a trash bag on ...adn then on top of the trash bag put about 2 or 3 layers of sweat shirts and sweat pants on. 20 minutes in teh sauna...then 20 minutes hot bath...then 20 minutes in teh sauna again then 20 minutes hot bath, and hot i mean as hot as you can stand it. Believe me when i say this you will lose about 10-15 pounds easily doing this.
Also stop drinking water 24 hrs before you weigh in, and try not to eat anything about 24 hrs also...if you do have something small, nothing big.
This is what i do to cut 10 lbs in a day for my fights. it sucks but gets the ol job done...after the hot bath your heart should feel like its racing and you'll most likely feel dizzy...so heads up.

Minimize your sodium intake and ,though I don't really recommend it, cut out carbs for a fews days. You'll deplete your glycogen stores when you work out. Glycogen has a fiar amount of water attached to it. This is where you always hear about the significant amount of "weightloss" when people go on lowcarb diets.
