    Program Help

    Hello,

Im fat. Im out of shape. Its time to change...

I need help to develop a beginners program. Im looking for something to cover the entire body over 4 days. I intend to include atleast 30 mins of cardio at each session. Here's the catch.... Machines only. At the local gym I have access to alot of different machines including cable machines. Im currently avoiding the free weights until I get more comfortable and confident.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You need to get over your fear of free weights. Start with weights light enough that you can practice perfect form, nobody cares.

exactly, weight loss is almost all about diet, keep track of how many carbs, and calories you're eating per day , keep sugar low. It takes time. As for working out, light weights will definitely be better, but also remember to do body weight exercises as well , it will help if you've never worked out before and you'll get a good sweat
