The Beginning
No not going through a mid life crisis but thought it was pretty appropriate to the time of life I'm at right now. So after multiple failed attempts to start a log on my own this year I will give it another shot. 90% of the time I hate logging, but 100% of the time it will keep be committed to actually doing what I need to be doing.
So lets start it off with where I'm at right now. You can probably count on two hands how many workouts I have had in the last two months. Basically just comes down to excuses so no point in listing them. I dont even have any lifting goals right now, my only goal right now is just to gain consistency in my workouts. Even if the intensity is lacking just going would be an accomplishment at this point.
I figure I will break it down into phases and hopefully stick them out. Phase I is just getting back in the gym. At this point I will take 6 bad workouts a week as long as I am actually in the gym doing something. I will switch the products up from the AEN stack to kinda compliment that phase and the goals.
Phase I - October 28th - December 31st
Goal-
Workout or Run 6 days a week
180lbs BW
Products-
LIV
Intrabolic
Multi Vitamin
Workouts-
At this point Im not motivated enough to stick to any program. Just go in and do my thing and leave. On days I dont feel like working out I will run. On days I dont feel like running I will lift weights. Simple.
Diet-
Intermittent Fasting works for me, big reason I like the LIV/Intrabolic stack. As I go I will get a little more detailed with my diet but at this point I just try and make good choices.
That sums up the beginning, I figure I will start with Phase I and see where it goes. Its a long road back to where I was and it starts now...

My shoulder has been giving me some issues lately so really just been doing light weight to get something done and hopefully strengthen it back up.
