BRB zero energy, whole body is sore, occasional vomit, 100-101*F temp.

For anybody who thinks it matters (I doubt it does) I did not get a flu shot this year. The last two years I got the shot and did not get the flu.

I dont get the shot, no real reason really but I seen an article yesterday that this years shot is only 23% effective if that. They poorly predicted the mutation of the virus this year. The article still stated you should get it.

If it's 23% chance that the vaccine will keep you from getting it or cut the symptoms down noticeably if you do, I think it's worth it. Because this **** really makes you pretty much useless.

I get a flu shot every year. Haven't had the flu in over 10 years. Will probably get it since they screwed up the shot this year.

I'm just getting back to lifting semi-regularly again and, relatively speaking, I knocked it out of the park on Wednesday. Should have lifted again today. BRB going backwards two weeks (of novice rate progress) in one day.

All I've had today is about 16oz of soda and half of a tumbs, but I threw the tums up.
