I understand -- and likewise, I respect the fact that you are always willing to examine yourself honestly. Yes, we are hardwired much differently I suspect -- I watch the stabbing video, and I immediately want to help the guy being stabbed. I actually want to take the knife away from the guy doing the stabbing, and use it on the dipsh!t filming the whole thing.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Its because they're pathetic, low-life slimebags. It's totally not OK for dudes to get in your space or make inappropriate comments in an attempt to engage you in conversation.
If I had a daughter, I would encourage her to learn an effective form of martial arts so she could defend herself against douchebags. Unfortunately, they seem to be multiplying rapidly.

My experience walking alone in New York was only like five minutes 10AM. However, because it was such an unique and strange experience I wasn't bothered but more like amused.
When the guys standing outside the deli shop said "have a good day, baby" , I just responded back "have a good day, baby"
Yeah, I wouldn't survive there..

I grew up around guns. I do not ccw but only because of my tremors, which would make cleanly drawing a weapon in a hurry difficult.
My older brother though lives in a rural area and he is always carrying. Not because he's afraid of being attacked but because in his world a gun is a tool and he always has one with him. He also has a rifle in all of his vehicles at all times, again not because he's afraid they are a tool and if you need one you need one.

She is agreeable because she knows she is talking out of her ass.
I have plenty of beautiful female friends and while they do get harassed by men, I have yet to hear one of hem ever tell me that men just grabbed them, touched them, put their head on their chest
I do however have a lot of slutty female friends who say they not only allow this, they welcome it.On the list for Bannukah

You never have men touch you because men don't just go and do that.
And if men ever were to do that, then it was inviting.
I hang out with a lot of sick dudes, who harass women all the time in the clubs and sh!t. The most I ever saw them do, is maybe grab a girl/woman by the hand or touch their hair, but like I said it would be in a club, not randomly on the streets. On the list for Bannukah

I'm not a liar, sorry to say. The guy in college I filed charges for "Offensive Touching" (It's a misdemeanor here) on bc no matter how many times I removed myself from the situation, he just kept on. He almost got kicked out of school bc I wasn't the only girl to complain.
How I usually handle it is remove myself from their proximity so that I'm not within arms reach and leave, etc. I don't know that I can stop a guy coming up and getting next to me and putting his arm around me, but I don't stand and let him continue, obviously.

I am so frickin hot I can't leave my house without being bombarded by men, women, children, feral cats (especially when I don't shower.)
When I am NOT harassed, it is simply because they are froZen in awe by my hotness.Sheriff John Brown always hated me
For what I don't know
Every time I plant a seed
He said kill them before they grow
