    21 Day Clutch

    I'm looking to start this program tomorrow. I was curious who has done this program and if you saw results. I'm getting married in 27 days and would like to drop a few before. I've started macro counting and would just like to lean out a little before the big day.

    Also did you follow the meal plan?
    Start: 183 lbs. (quit looking after I hit this mark, so could have been higher)
    Now: 117 lbs. (non stage weight)

    Hit the stage on Oct. 4th officially 70 lbs. lighter!
