Hi,
3x 8mg Kaizen EPH with 200mg Caffeine twice a day supported by low intensity cardio in V02 max determined fat burn zone and weights. Diet is calorie and carb restricted. Been on for three weeks without loss of BF% according to my Tanita body fat scales ( expensive kit btw not home grade). Any ideas?

Its all about counting those macros, and repace 15-20 minutes of that low intensity with high intensity 3 times a week.
Low intensity, doesn't do much for body recomposition, unless you're probably above 15%
Alpha yohimbine + Alphamine or Caffeine might be a better alternative to EC when doing cardio.
Just make sure you take it on an empty stomach, 3 hours after your last meal is probably good.::Current Goods::

It works. If it's not working it's because of your diet.
Don't do high intensity cardio on EC though.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
