    squat form check

I'm 16 5'8 143 lbs. I squat a set of five with 160. How is my squat technique? I have been experiencing lower back pain recently and I don't know how to fix my squat so that I don't destroy my lumbar back. *****://m.youtube.com/watch?v=accK_XmvyO8

You're leaning forward way too much, try to stay more upright. Also what shoes are you wearing? Try wearing shoes with a thin sole/flat or go barefoot, youre having trouble putting the weight on your midfoot.

Too much forward lean, and doesn't look like you're getting properly "tight" for the lift, maybe lighten the weight and work on form

Oh I just want to add that I'm doing low bar squats (stronglifts5x5) I'm wearing chucks though their just black/red. Should I still try to be more upright? Thanks for the help.

Yeah, it's still too much forward lean maybe you're not engaging you're glutes enough. Go watch some johny candito on youtube he gives some good tips.
