dk why my body is soo ugly I saw people 300+ looks better than me .
Two belly like one is not enough .
Sad nipples and big .

Will my nipples become almost normal after I lose the fat ?

You can't blame genetics, only yourself. You're heavily overweight. Do the work, lose the fat, and then see what you think.

Genetics didn't screw you, never lifting weights and being too gracious with food intake did.

Sirens a few years lifting and building a base of muscle, while shedding the fat, and you'd be surprised how much you can change. Get lean first, then bulk slowly and smart.

Your nipples are sad because the outer edges of your breasts are drooping from the fat. That drooping is pulling the nipples into a classic look of defeat, sorrow, and embarrassment. In order to make your nipples into a more neutral expression, you should work on losing fat and tightening up those pecs. As for the size - that's just something you'll have to live with. I'm pretty certain that nipple size is unchangeable.

Meh. There are no isolation exercises for nipples. Stop breaking your body up into little abominable pieces and go enjoy workouts and nutrition-dense, calorie appropriate food. Focus on the latter and stop the hatin' on yourself. That never does anyone any good.
