Depends on your body fat % and workout routine. I believe Agmatine has some ergogenic effects as well as NO benefits.

I'm like 13-14% bodyfat probably.
My arms go from 17 to 18 inches after my upperbody workouts.
Im just looking to get a slightly bigger pump or get a pump much quicker/earlier in my workout

1st insert argenine pill into your azz
2nd insert banana into your azz

Wait 1 hour and go to the gym, best pump of your life


Srs though, argenine seems to be doing well for me

If you want a single ingredient, I'd use either potassium nitrate or citrulline.

I thought argenine only works if taken regularly. Meaning that if you took it today for the first time it would do absolutely nothing, but if you consistently took it for a while it would increase your pumps, Or is that wrong?

It did for me. Actually worked better than citrulline malate, even though studies show citrulline is supposed to work better. For the record, I used AAKG, not straight arginine. Anyways, I take citrulline malate cus it has benefits other than the pump - increases strength endurance so it helps you train longer/harder and hit higher volume.


Agmatine is a really good pump product as well. So is glycerol monostearate, but it's a different kind of pump (has nothing to do with nitric oxide).
