Thanks bud. I'm pretty happy myself although being lean was fun and I do miss not breaking into a sweat just from climbing stairs.
5'10 lifting for 3 years. I have used unnaturally isolated whey protons and pharmaceutical grade creatines so no I ain't natty.In comp best lifts:

Na I'm gonna bulk a bit more. I'm very good at cutting and don't mind putting some extra fluff on. It comes off quick when I diet.

Are you stupid enough not to see how heavily different my arm chest let and trap mass is? It's more along the line of 50% muscle 25% water 25% fat.
Yeah man I've never hunted my own food before so I didn't feel right about claiming natty.

Ramp up cardio from my usual 4x20 minutes moderate intensity a week to 4x30 minutes HIIT and 2x1 hour LISS, drop calories to a 1k deficit by stripping carbs only and keeping protein + fats constant, refeed based on bodyfat % so if I'm over 15% bf I refeed once every 14 days, then as I get leaner the frequency will increase till I'm refeeding once every 7 days.
I Switch My lifting routine to a more strength focused program and use assistance work as another way of burning calories, recently I've used wendlers 5/3/1 and then followed main lifts with multiple circuits of very intense movements like close grip bench to pull ups to power cleans. I find that focusing on maintaining strength is the biggest factor to retaining muscle on a cut.In comp best lifts:
