the earth does have natural cycles, but all the science is in agreement that global warming is real and happening. that ship sailed a year or two ago.
as to what the root cause is, there are still some political motivations that attempt to steer public opinion. but it's pretty clear the link between greenhouse gasses and increased earth temp and the release of greenhouse gasses since the industrial revolution is undeniable. it could be that the earth is going through a cycle but the impact of modern man is only adding to whatever the earth is doing on it's own

Agreed...but I am no Republican (or Democrat) and I would gladly take Clinton over Obama any day of the week.
Question is, how much are we really adding to it? We can legislate ourselves right into economic collapse if we aren't careful...all while making certain politicians very wealthy in the process. I'm all for reducing pollution, but having government involvement isn't the answer and only makes things worse. I like Ron's ideas (I know, surprise surprise) personally:

Bingo.
Don't let big corporations fool you. I know for a fact power plant companies have already built into their budgets the needs for increasing EPA pressure to reduce pollution.
They just pay politicians to say it will hurt the economy, all the while they have already figured in how to reduce the pollution and how much it will cost into their bottom line. Same with car companies. But its just 100x easier to use ancient cheap equipment to produce electricity.
Vectren put scrubbers on all their power plants in Southern Indiana, it cost them 300 million. They sell the by product of the scrubbing to dry wall companies, they now make more money, and produce cleaner air.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

You are right, economies and businesses can...but they don't need to thanks to government policy. Big corporations influence policy in Washington to help them corner markets. By making regulations only they can comply with, their competition is effectively shut down. Watch, same will happen with the ACA. The huge corps that helped to write the ACA will do just fine and make money hand over fist while the smaller insurance companies who can't afford to comply in the same manner will be squashed. Less competition = higher prices. Less competition = lower wages. Lower wages + higher prices means people can't buy things. Reduced purchasing power = eventual economic collapse OR people basically being slaves to huge corporations. If you notice, both things are starting to happen...
And I'm not going to even talk about the FED for fear of Synapsin's banhammer reigning down upon thee
Watch Ron's video...protection of property rights will be much more effective. When government regulatory policy is involved, those who are connected to Washington make out like bandits. As mentioned awhile back, I have a relative who works at the EPA who was supposed to cite North American Stainless and was unable to due to their connection to the Governor. Also have a relative who works for a company where the FDA is being paid off.
EPA, FDA, etc are jokes because they can (and are) bought. They give everyone a false sense of security.Twatter: marked4u2c
