how would you handle this...

ok i started a new job and its making my eating schedule very difficult. id appreciate anyones help in this! im trying to gain muscle, so im trying to stay between 2000- 2500 cals a day...

***i have to eat lunch with my students. i have to eat my breakfast in the car because i have a late lunch and i cannot eat anything before lunch because the sight of food distracts my students and they become fixated on food.... anyway heres what i came up with...

8am- 1 high protein veggie burger on a whole wheat wrap with 2 tbs lite cream cheese, homemade protein bar, an orange, 6 almonds and a few baby carrots

12:30- pbj on whole wheat, banana, soup, salad and veggies, cup of fat free milk (i have to eat what they serve...these are the best options)

between 4 and 430- 4 egg whites with veggies and 2% cheese, an apple, 4 oz plan ff yogurt, 1/2 cup fiber one

8- 3 oz protein, 1/2 cup beans, veggies

10- 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 tbs natural peanut butter

bed at 1130

i work out between 530-7 pm. i have a protein drink with water after workouts.

again any help/criticism would be greatly appreciated!!

It looks awful low on fats, especially saturated fats. If you are against eating meat, just take some fish/flax oil caps and 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil everyday. Don't throw away the egg yolk either, drink it raw with your protein drinks. Dr Mercola and Dr Al Sears both have excellent articles on the benefits of raw egg yolks.

Coconut oil is amazing stuff. Every girl that I have gotten to take coconut oil thanks me every time they see me, mainly because they look 10 years younger.

Lunch looks low on protein. Maybe you could bring a scoop of whey powder and a shaker bottle and mix it with the milk.

Are you able to drink something during the day? Perhaps in a bottle that's not see-through? You could mix oats / oils / peanut butter with protein powder and milk, for example, for an extra meal. Nobody needs to know you're not sipping water
