    If you live in Canada, try and get ahold of some PVL Essentials Whey...good quality and normally can get it for $50 taxes in for 5 lbs. Decent.

    Whole food sources are the best way to go because you know exactly what's in them as opposed to some protein powders. If you're looking for a protein powder then go with a reputable brand like Dymatize or Optimum

    I've always heard that ON Standard Gold Whey is great. I've been using it for about three weeks now and it helped me make a bit more gains. It's also rated 9.2/10 on bb.com

    Just dont pick the vanilla flavor as it doesnt taste too good with water.

    Just bought a tub of dymatize iso100 and have to say pretty good. Got choc flavour and ticks all the boxes in taste mixability etc. If you got the coin defs recommend it.
