Should I bulk or Cut? I was bulking previously, training for 3 months consistently. I just eat what my mother cooks, so that would Indian vegan diet. Anyway, currently

I had say bulk then cut and don't eat what your mother cooks for you, tell her what you want to eat. At least start counting calories or else you won't get anywhere
