Analyze my body, what to do next? (Pics)

    5'10
    19 years old
    180 lbs
    34 waist
Unknown body fat ( what are your estimates???)

I basically have done a slow cut from around 197. I want to lean out and get some abs. How's my body looking? What do I need to work on? What should my plan be for the next 3 months? Thanks

Solid base bro. I'd keep cutting if your comfortable getting down to a lower scale weight, you'll probably need to drop a bit of weight in order to see those abs. Everythings looking good i'd hit those abs really hard so you can get them to pop out a bit when you lean out. In other words, keep doing what your doing, slow cutting.

Yeah I think I'll aim to drop another 10-15 lbs. Any advice for hitting my abs hard? Also, I haven't really dne any cardio yet, should I incorporate some ?

if you're on a proper program, you should be doing heavy deads/squats/bench/rows etc and therefor abs will be hit very hard from all that. i simply do 3-4 sets of heavy rope crunches 2x a week for direct ab work. when i lean up, abs show just fine.

you're a lil soft looking, but the lack of muscle makes you look a lil chubbier than you probably are. either way, give it about 15ish pounds and go from there.

okay, so just cut another 15 lbs (plan to do it by christmas) through a 3 day upper body, 1 day lower body split, occasional cardio, and a strict caloric deficit?

cuttttt , you are like 19 or above for sure. When you are lean and put on some muscle you will notice the difference and get motivated, if you bulk know you will get big and fluffy body and you won't really enjoy looking at the mirror although you are big, just opinion .

    Good luck
