I am following the Arnold blue print and on chest and back days I have a reoccurring problem this week. I posted it in the discussion part for the program but there isn't much conversation there so I was hoping for some input here. I'm thinking I'm not following the program hwvent found clarification be reading more.
I'd appreciate it if some one could clarify something for me. Are all sets of five reps supposed to be the same weight? Is the weight supposed to be 80-85% of my 1MR?
I seem to do the first three sets at this weight fine then only three or four reps for the last two sets. Or if I drop the weight down to about 75-80% I can do five reps for the last two sets.
So... Should I keep the weight the same and go to failure with less reps OR should I treat it like a 'drop' set and lower the weight so I can get in all five reps for the last two sets?
My overall goals are to bulk but I am under the impression that I also need to be gaining strength in addition to mass....
Thanks!

I know someone that tried the Arnold blue print program and she had a similar issue with not being able to do all the reps so she would basically do a rest/pause set until she could get in all the reps
