I want to get some pictures posted to show my progress and maybe get some advise on wheather to start a bulk or continue cutting.
Maybe I could email someone a couple pictures and they could post them for me.

easier than that: just double click the 'reply' button or click it once and then 'go advanced' and you can upload the image to this website and someone can embed.

You can post the last part only.
For example I have a picture at http://imgur.com/jhCgAaL
In that case I only post imgur jhCgAaL

You need to also the remove the www part.
You do not need to remove .com or anything, that'll only annoy those who will then have to type it to help you. But the board stops recognizing it as a link when you simply remove "http://www", and it is still copy-pastable because we no longer need www for URL's to work.
Some people go to extraordinary lengths to "hide" links, i.e. remove all the dots or change some of the letters and say "you have to replace bla bla", and then they think they've invented fire, but it's a very simple algorithm that looks for links in a post, so you only need to remove the parts that changes something from a string of letters into an actual link. The prefixes!"As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it."
"The plural of anecdote is not data."

[QUOTE=Mrpb;1305062731]Bulk. Gain 2 pounds per month. Follow a proven routine.
Thanks for the advise. I was thinking I should continue my small calorie deficit until December than smart a small surplus bulk. But maybe I'll start sooner. I've been working a lot of hours lately and haven't really had time to research some good routines. I heard starting strength seems to be a good one. Any other reccomendations?
I really appreciate the help and advise guys, thanks
I should post a picture of when I first started going to the gym about 9 months ago. I've definetly come a long way and this site has definetly been a huge help

First calculate your TDEE by reading the below link:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183
Add 100-500 calories to your TDEE to gain weight(muscle+fat). The higher the calories you add(surplus) the more fat you will gain.
After getting that done, Pick a proven beginners program such as,
Starting strength, SL, ICF5x5, fierce5 or allpro.
Do some research, pick on and stick with it.My Powerlifting "Road To Manlet" Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172129323
