Damn, I thought 200-250 PWO and another sometimes 200 later in day was a ton. I don't feel like a stim junkie anymore. I could not imagine 400+ at one time.

Haven't had any caffeine at all in the last couple of years, and frankly don't miss it. Started making me feel really anxious especially when working out and I decided I was better off just dropping it entirely. Took some getting used to, but saves some money and I feel like my energy levels are still fine.

For most workout days it is 200 mg but on really tired days it seems like nothing works no matter what the source is. It could be pre workout caff, thermo caff, or red bull caff; nothing gives that boost so i power through it anyway.

I used to be addicted to preworkouts. I would find myself looking forward to taking it all day. Kinda pathetic, so about a year ago I quit all pre's and just drink coffee. I brew 2 cups in my Keurig in the morning so I would guess it's around 240mg of caffeine for a great workout and if I want an extra kick for deadlifts and squats I thrown in an extra cup from the lowest setting.
