3-400mg is my sweet spot - i use it about 40 minutes before football (or 'soccer') and it gets me through a full 90 minutes without issue (though, i am a goalkeeper, so it's primarily helping the focus & concentration as that can slip very easily)
the first time i experienced beta alanine/niacin flushes was with a pre-workout called Thunderbolt (from UK company 'Athlete's Fuel') and double scooped my first serving and had to pull over on the way to the gym as i thought i was going to dieLast edited by faipdeooiad; 10-22-2014 at 01:06 AM.

200-300mg seems to be it for me although my current pWO has only 180mg caff + 100mg theobromine

400-550mg has been great for me for a long time- just right on the energy without making me jittery. High stimm crew checking in.
