Hey guys, I'll start with a little background. I started working out may 14th trying to lose weight and get my abs back. I was 180lbs at 5' 8" with a little belly. I was eating roughly 1600 calories a day. August 14th I weighed in at 150lbs and was happy with how I looked so I started trying to add some muscle.
I slowly started increasing my calories, 1800 for a week, 2000 for a week, and then 2500 until now. I just this week started eating 2800 calories. I make sure and eat about 160 grams of protein or more and I really just let my fats and carbs fall in place now. Looking back and my logs I've been pretty steady at about 175 grams of protein, 250 grams of carbs, and 120 grams of fat. I've been a steady 152 for about a month but I feel like it's about 2lbs of water weight cause sometimes it'll dip down to 150....
I just feel like I'm stalling and I'm having trouble putting weight on. After the fast weight lose it's just a little discouraging and I'm starting to get unmotivated. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm about the same weight as you and I need about 3000-3200 to lean bulk so its not impossible that you just need to eat more cals if you've been steady at 152lbs and 2800cals for a week. I'd give it one more week at 2800 cals and then up very gradually (100cals/week extra) until you see some slight gradual gains.
Make sure you're weighing every day and then calculating a moving average.
