I weigh 175 and am 5'' 7'. Looking to loose weight and gain lean muscle. I have been doing 40 fat 130 carb 150 protein. Any suggestions??

Protein too high? Man, I eat 150g to 190g per day depending on which cycle day I'm on. Works well for me!(I'm 5'5 and 150lbs right now). My fat also varies from 60-90g and my carbs from 90g to 200g. Total amount of cals: roughly 1900. I always aim my protein intake to be between 1lb per pound of bodyweight to 1.2g per pound of bodyweight.

I'm always starving and I'm allergic to half the carbs in the world. lol I'm cursed really... I have no problem shedding fat with such high proteins and unsaturated fats combined with low carbs. I don't really have much of a choice. I have PCOS sydrome so my insulin sensitivity is messed up. I can only eat low GI carbs but even there because of my allergies, I'm limited. I work with my physician for my diet and it was a lot of work for me to shed fat but its crazy what the body is capable of with a little hard work and dedication! I need to get my calories somewhere and I like eggs!!
